At MagicVaporizers, you can have 100% confidence that if you change your mind you can return a product to us for another one, or a refund as long as the product is still in the brand new condition it arrived in.
Vaporizers sold at MagicVaporizers are meant to be used orally which means they classify as hygienic goods and are exempted from the right of withdrawal. Vaporizers are not returnable due to health regulations if the seal has been broken or the product has been opened regardless if it has been used or not.
Here's a summary of how the process works:
- Read our Return Policy first.
- Fill in the return form with valid information.
- Attach a picture of the product you wish to return where we can see the sealing clearly to confirm it has not been broken. Submit the form.
- Our return department will check the submitted information to see if the return is valid and passes our return policy.
- After the return department check, we will let you know the result. If approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
- Ship your product back to us through the courier of your choice. It is your responsibility to make sure the returned parcel reaches us. We recommend using only tracked services. We do not refund your postage costs to get the product returned to us.
- Notify us when it has been shipped together with a tracking number if available as this will speed up the return process.
- Receive the replacement product or the refund. If your order was paid for by card or bank transfer please allow for 48 hours for the payment to reach your bank.
If you decide to return part of your order and have received a discount with your initial purchase we reserve the right to deduct the discount you received from the refund.
