Shipping Information

Should I be worried about additional taxes or charges?

Not at all. Since all orders are shipped locally from our warehouse in Glasgow, everything is already included in the price you see at checkout. You won’t be charged anything extra.

When do you ship my order?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after that are shipped the next business day.

How long is the delivery time?

We use DPD Next Day Delivery, which means your order will typically arrive the following business day at your address or selected Parcel Shop. You will always receive a tracking link where you can follow your order and get all the delivery details. Please note: Deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland, and smaller islands may take one extra business day.

Do I need to be present to receive my order?

Delivery requirements depend on the option selected at checkout. If you expect to be unavailable at home during the day, please select Parcel Shop Delivery. Otherwise, your parcel will be returned to us if home delivery is unsuccessful.

Parcel Shop Delivery
Your parcel will be sent directly to the parcel shop selected during checkout. With access to over 10,000 secure locations, you can collect your package at your convenience within 7 days. No recipient presence is required.

Home Delivery
You must be present to receive the parcel. The courier cannot leave it unattended and will require a PIN Code to complete the delivery.

In our commitment to providing a secure and discreet delivery experience, we use PIN Code enabled deliveries through DPD.

Upon dispatch, you will receive an SMS and email containing a unique PIN Code. This PIN Code is essential for accepting your delivery from the driver. Additionally, you will receive a one-hour delivery window for your convenience.

If you cannot be present to receive the delivery, you must provide the PIN Code to a trusted person in your household for them to accept it on your behalf.

PIN Code enabled deliveries ensure:

  • Deliveries cannot be completed without the correct PIN Code.
  • Parcels will not be left unattended outside your door, reducing the risk of theft.
  • Packages cannot be rerouted to a post office or pickup point.
  • Your privacy is maintained, as only you will know the contents of your package, allowing you to order with confidence and discretion.

Please ensure you have your PIN Code ready when the driver arrives. If you are unable to provide the PIN Code at the time of delivery, you can request the driver to resend it. The PIN Code will be resent via SMS or email to the details provided in your order confirmation.

What happens if I'm not home when DPD tries to deliver?

If you miss the initial delivery attempt by DPD, they will either schedule another delivery the next day or request that you contact DPD customer service to arrange redelivery. A total of two delivery attempts will be made before the parcel is automatically returned to us. Since the parcel cannot be left unattended, please choose Parcel Shop Delivery if you're unsure about being available.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping is set at a minimum order value of £45, meaning all orders with a vaporizer have free shipping. If your order value is below £45 there will be a shipping cost ranging from £4 to £10. Our shipping costs change frequently so go to our checkout and see what your shipping costs will be if your order is under £45.

What are my shipping options?

We exclusively use DPD Next Day Delivery. You can choose between:

  • Home Delivery
  • Parcel Shop Delivery

Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse is located in Glasgow for quickest shipping throughout the United Kingdom.

Do you sell to people located outside the United Kingdom?

No. The products available in this shop are located in our Glasgow warehouse and will only ship to customers within the United Kingdom. If you're in another European country, please visit MagicVaporizers.com.

Are the packages discreet?

Yes, we ship our packages discreetly in plain boxes without any references to MagicVaporizers. Instead, we use our trading name "Anything Worldwide" for packaging.

PIN Code delivery adds another layer of privacy, ensuring only you (or someone you trust) can accept the parcel if you chose home delivery.

When do I receive my tracking number?

Tracking details are sent via email on the same day your order ships, typically around 6:00 PM.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, but you need to contact us. The earlier you reach out, the more likely we can update it in time.

What happens if I choose to not receive the package?

If the parcel is returned to us because it was refused or not accepted, we will deduct £20 to cover actual shipping costs (delivery and return) and refund the remaining amount. To receive the product again, you’ll need to place a new order.
