The cooling unit is a complete replacement for the part that sits on top of your Venty. The double-walled housing insulates like a thermos, so the outside stays cool enough to hold. Inside, a longer vapour path gives the vapour time to cool before you inhale. An integrated stainless steel screen adds extra filtration.
Daily Venty users often keep two or three cooling units in rotation. While one soaks in isopropyl alcohol, a clean one goes straight onto the Venty, so a proper soak never has to interrupt a session. This cooling unit is designed specifically for the Venty and does not fit other Storz & Bickel portable vaporizers.
