The flat mouthpieces are made of soft, food-safe silicone and click into the top of your vaporizer, sitting flush with the body. This is the same low-profile mouthpiece PAX ships in the box, sold here as a direct replacement in the original fit and material.
The flush shape leaves nothing sticking out, so the unit slides into a pocket without catching on fabric. On the draw, the flat design feels slightly restricted, closer to a cigarette pull, which suits the slow, gentle sips that conduction heating rewards. After many sessions, silicone can soften and pick up residue, and a new mouthpiece brings back the clean taste and firm fit of day one. Each swap takes a moment: press the old mouthpiece out from underneath and snap the new one into place.
