The dosing capsule adapter fits inside the Volcano Classic's Easy Valve filling chamber and lets you use S&B dosing capsules. Each capsule holds about 0.15 g of ground herbs, keeping the chamber cleaner and making swaps between sessions faster.
You can also use the adapter without capsules. The smaller chamber concentrates heat around the herbs for more even extraction, and it reduces the filling chamber size for smaller loads, which suits solo sessions where a full chamber is more than you need.
