Angus - 3 mm Ruby Balls (26)

These 3 mm synthetic ruby balls sit inside the glass mouthpieces of the Angus, held in place between two stainless steel screens. Heat from the halogen bulb spreads across their surface as vapour passes through, which drops the temperature before it reaches your lips.

How many you use is up to you. A 50 mm glass piece takes around 70 balls, a 70 mm piece around 100, and the 90 mm piece around 150. More balls give cooler, smoother vapour and a slightly tighter draw, so you can build a stack that matches how hard you like to inhale.

At the higher temperature presets a full stack makes a clear difference to comfort. This pack of 26 tops up an existing stack or extends a second glass piece to a different setting.
