The Arizer Go SRT is the newest and most pocket-focused portable from Arizer, the Canadian makers of the Solo, with two decades of all-glass flavour behind it. Consistently rated among the best pocket portables, it brings that clean glass taste to a size that goes anywhere.

The Go SRT costs more than most pocket vapes, and it weighs more than its size suggests. That weight buys an aluminium body, a replaceable battery, and glass that sits protected inside the frame. For long, powerful home sessions the Solo 3 remains the power pick; for a day out with pre-loaded capsules in your pocket, the Go SRT is the one you reach for.

The Go SRT is 11 cm tall, 6 cm wide, and 3 cm deep, with an aluminium body that weighs 237 g. In the hand it feels closer to a wallet than a phone: solid, balanced, and easy to use one-handed.

Every earlier Arizer portable had a glass piece sticking out of the top. Here, the glass sits recessed inside the body, and a magnetic silicone cap seals the opening against knocks, dust, and smell.

During a session, the cap docks onto the magnetic base and doubles as a small stand. The heater sits in the middle of the body, which shields the glass and gives the vapour room to cool before it reaches you.

The Go SRT heats with a hybrid system that is 75% convection and 25% conduction. It works like cooking with both an oven and a pan at once: hot air flows through the herbs and does most of the extraction, while the warm chamber walls add body and speed things up.

Arizer rates the heat-up at 5 to 15 seconds from cold. In practice, expect about 20 seconds to reach 200°C, roughly the time it takes to grind your herbs. That speed holds steady as the battery drains, so the last session of the day starts as fast as the first.

From the herb chamber to your lips, the vapour travels through borosilicate glass only. No plastic ever touches the vapour, which is why Arizer portables have long been a benchmark for clean flavour.

Many portable vapes route vapour through heat-resistant plastic parts, and careful users can taste the difference. Glass adds nothing and takes nothing away, so you taste the herbs and their terpenes, not the vape.

The Go Shell is Arizer's first dosing capsule, and it is the reason the Go SRT works so well away from home. Each shell is a small glass capsule that holds about 0.2 g of ground herbs, up to 0.3 g with a full load.

You fill your shells at home, cap them, and swap them into the vape as you go. A used shell lifts out, a full one drops in, and you can pre-load a full day of sessions before you leave the house.

Each shell uses a stainless steel screen and two silicone caps. The screen sits loose, so keep an eye on it when you empty a shell. One shell and five screens come in the box; the shells fit only the Go SRT, not earlier Arizer models.

You can expand the system with a shell carry case that holds ten pre-loaded shells, a shell loading case with a tray that fills six at once, and a grinder that attaches to that tray so you grind straight into the shells. All three are sold separately.

Depending on which glass you use, the Go SRT covers four different setups:

• Go Shell with mouthpiece: the everyday setup, with the widest airflow and the quick-swap capsule workflow.
• Glass mouthpiece with herb chamber: the classic Arizer piece, included in the box. It combines a herb chamber on one end and a mouthpiece on the other, separated by a built-in glass screen. You load it directly, with no capsule needed.
• Go Shell with water pipe adapter: a 14 mm glass adapter comes in the box and connects the vape to any water pipe. It works with Go Shells only.
• Frosted glass adapter with herb chamber (sold separately): a pre-loadable water pipe adapter with a built-in glass screen, for a full glass-on-glass connection.

Flip the vape upside down onto a water pipe and the display and buttons invert automatically, so nothing reads backwards. The Go SRT also accepts glass pieces from the original ArGo, though Solo 3 glass does not fit.

The SRT operating system gives you three presets, each fully editable. A preset stores both a temperature and a session length, so one button press starts exactly the session you want.

Temperature runs from 50 to 220°C in single-degree steps. Session time runs from 20 seconds to 5 minutes, which means the Go SRT handles both short on-demand bursts and long, relaxed sessions. A button hold extends a running session by 5 minutes.

Lower temperatures around 175°C preserve the lighter compounds and terpenes. Higher temperatures around 210°C extract more in fewer draws. The Go SRT runs slightly warm to the number on the display, so start a few degrees below your usual setting and step up from there.

Three buttons control everything: an action button plus up and down. A full session looks like this:

1. Loading: Grind your herbs medium to coarse and fill a Go Shell or the glass mouthpiece, up to 0.3 g. Tamp lightly and leave a small gap at the top for the hot air to work.
2. Inserting: Pull off the magnetic chamber lid, drop the shell in with the narrow tip pointing up, and click the lid back on.
3. Heating: Hold the action button for three seconds to power on, then press it once. The bars fill yellow, and the vape beeps and vibrates twice when it reaches temperature.
4. Inhaling: Take slow, steady draws while the white bars count down the session. The second draw is usually bigger than the first, and you can switch presets mid-session with the up and down buttons.
5. Residual heat: When the timer ends, grey bars fade out. The chamber stays warm for another 15 to 20 seconds of usable draws.
6. Finishing: The heat switches off on its own. Lift the hot shell out with its silicone grip and cap it, or drop in a full shell and press the action button to go again.

Inside sits a 21700 battery of around 5000 mAh, good for up to 60 minutes of continuous heating or around 10 sessions per charge. Short on-demand bursts use proportionally more power on heat-up, so session-style use stretches the battery further.

Charging runs over USB-C at 5 V/3 A: about 20% in 15 minutes and a full charge in roughly 2 hours. The Go SRT supports pass-through charging, so you can keep using it while it is plugged in.

An Eco mode ships enabled and stops charging at 80% to extend the battery's lifespan, much like a modern phone. Hold the up button while plugged in when you want a full 100% for a long day. The battery is user-replaceable with basic tools, though not hot-swappable. The box includes a USB-C cable but no wall adapter. You can add a fast charger to fill that gap and charge the Go SRT at full speed.

Arizer glass is among the easiest vaporizer gear to clean. After a session, tap out the used herbs and brush the chamber with the included brush; the magnetic lid comes off for direct access.

Every few weeks, soak the glass pieces and screens in isopropyl alcohol for about 30 minutes, rinse them in hot water, and let them dry fully. If the draw feels tight, check the screen first; a clogged screen is the usual cause.

The Arizer Solo 3 is Arizer's flagship portable, built for long, powerful sessions at home. It runs up to 180 minutes per charge versus the Go SRT's 60, and its XL glass holds up to 0.5 g against the Go SRT's 0.3 g.

The Go SRT answers with true pocket size and protected glass. It is 2 cm shorter and about 40 g lighter, and its glass hides inside the body under a magnetic cap. The Go Shell capsule system has no equivalent on the Solo 3, and the glass parts do not cross over between the two.

The Solo 3 is the power pick for the sofa; the Go SRT is the flavour you take with you. Many owners end up running both.
